Midcentury Astralux desk lamp

Postwar table lamp, produced by Astralux in Vienna (AU). This model was know as the "baby", and was used mainly in sanatoria as part of a heattherapy cure. Compact design & lightweight (bakelite meets aluminum), with a stunning imagery of a sunbathing bear.  Rewired to a regular table lamp with E14 socket.
